Marguerite has run properties along the Red River corridor for over fifteen years and has overseen Crescent Bay since its second expansion phase in 2017.
Etienne Broussard
Etienne trained in New Orleans before returning to north Louisiana to build the menus across all six dining rooms, anchored by Magnolia Kitchen's Cajun-Creole program.
Danielle Rousseau
Danielle built the spa's treatment menu around Louisiana botanicals and oversees the six-room courtyard spa wing day to day.
Coy Whitfield
Coy has managed the 42,000-square-foot gaming floor since it opened, including the poker room and sportsbook lounge additions.
Renee Castille
Renee coordinates every wedding, reunion, and corporate booking across the ballroom, terrace, and meeting rooms, often working alongside venues across the river in Shreveport.
